IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Allergan, Inc. (NYSE:AGN) today announced operating results for the quarter ended June 30, 2010. Allergan also announced that its Board of Directors has declared a second quarter dividend of $0.05 per share, payable on September 7, 2010 to stockholders of record on August 17, 2010.
