IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Allergan, Inc. (NYSE: AGN) today announced operating results for the quarter ended March 31, 2010. Allergan also announced that its Board of Directors has declared a first quarter dividend of $0.05 per share, payable on June 8, 2010 to stockholders of record on May 18, 2010.
