The three companies have been operating as one full service contract research organization following the acquisition of Vince & Associates in 2013 and the opening of Algorithme Pharma USA in 2014. Since then, the teams have been leveraging their extensive background within early clinical research to provide a full-service offering, including complex Phase I/IIa pharmacology capabilities and support services to the global biopharmaceutical industry.
