AMSTERDAM, Feb 10 (Reuters) - Dutch chemical group Akzo Nobel NV's (AKZO.AS: Quote, Profile, Research)(AKZOY.O: Quote, Profile, Research) Intervet unit said on Friday it would buy a vaccine production facility from German drugmaker Bayer's (BAYG.DE: Quote, Profile, Research) Bayer HealthCare subsidiary.
