AIBioTech Settles Government Complaint

RICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--American International Biotechnology, LLC (“AIBioTech”) recently reached a settlement with the U.S. Department of Justice to fully resolve allegations about a contract sales agent’s actions in connection with certain laboratory tests ordered by a certified registered nurse practitioner employed by Greentree Medical Center (“Greentree”), Rices Landing, PA. AIBioTech denies any wrongdoing. It chose to settle the matter to avoid the delay, uncertainty, inconvenience, and expense of litigation.
