Affimed Therapeutics AG Prices IPO At $7, Below The Range
Affimed Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
HEIDELBERG, Germany, Sept. 12, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Affimed Therapeutics today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 8,000,000 common shares at an initial public offering price of $7.00 per common share. In addition, Affimed has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 common shares from Affimed at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts. The offering is expected to close on or about September 17, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions. Affimed's common shares have been approved for listing on the NASDAQ Global Market and are expected to begin trading under the symbol "AFMD" on September 12, 2014.
Jefferies LLC, Leerink Partners LLC and BMO Capital Markets Corp. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Trout Capital LLC is acting as co-manager.
