Advanced Proteome Therapeutics Corporation to Terminate SEC Reporting Obligations

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - October 22, 2008) - Advanced Proteome Therapeutics Corporation (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: APC) today announced that it intends to file a Form 15F with the Securities and Exchange Commission to deregister and terminate its reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ("Exchange Act"). Upon filing Form 15F the Company's reporting obligations will be immediately suspended and the deregistration will be effective 90 days after the filing.
