Advanced Cell Technology Announces Proxy Results

WORCESTER, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Advanced Cell Technology, Inc. (Advanced Cell, ACT) (OTC: ACTC) announced today that shareholders have approved each proposal in the Company’s proxy statement dated August 5, 2009. As a result, the 2005 Stock Incentive Plan has been amended to increase the total number of shares available for issuance and the certificate of incorporation has been amended to increase the authorized shares eligible for issuance by the Company.
