Adamis Pharmaceuticals Announces Full Exercise Of Underwriter's Over-Allotment Option

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwired - January 13, 2014) - Adamis Pharmaceuticals Corporation (NASDAQ: ADMP) today announced the full exercise of the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters to purchase an additional 558,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $5.95 per share in connection with its previously announced underwritten public offering of 3,720,000 shares of common stock, bringing the expected total gross proceeds from the offering to approximately $25,454,100, before underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses and before any use of the proceeds by the company. The sale of the additional shares is expected to close on January 16, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions.

CRT Capital Group, LLC acted as sole book-running manager for the offering, and Newport Coast Securities, Inc. acted as co-manager of the offering.

A registration statement on Form S-1 relating to the shares of common stock offered by the company was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and is effective.
