LAKE FOREST, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Actient Pharmaceuticals LLC (“Actient”), a specialty pharmaceutical company, announced today that it has acquired Timm Medical Technologies, Inc. (“Timm Medical”). Timm Medical is a recognized leader in products and services for the diagnosis and treatment of urological disorders, primarily in the area of erectile dysfunction.

The acquisition of Timm Medical is consistent with Actient’s strategic focus in urology. Actient is now able to offer pharmaceutical, and medical device and diagnostic solutions, to the urology community.
