Actavis Net Revenue Increases 59% To $2.779 Billion In Fourth Quarter 2013; Non-GAAP EPS Increases 99% To $3.17

DUBLIN, Feb. 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Actavis plc (NYSE: ACT) today reported net revenue increased 59 percent to $2.779 billion for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2013, compared to $1.75 billion in the fourth quarter 2012. On a non-GAAP basis, diluted earnings per share for the fourth quarter 2013 increased to $3.17, compared to $1.59 per diluted share in the fourth quarter 2012. GAAP loss per share for the fourth quarter 2013 was $0.86, compared to GAAP earnings per diluted share of $0.21 in the prior year period.
