PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y., May 9, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ACETO Corporation (Nasdaq:ACET), a global leader in the marketing, sale and distribution of products for Human Health, Pharmaceutical Ingredients and Performance Chemicals, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.055 per common share. This quarterly cash dividend will be distributed on June 25, 2013 to shareholders of record as of June 14, 2013.
