PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y., Dec. 6, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ACETO Corporation (Nasdaq:ACET), a global leader in the marketing, sale and distribution of products for Human Health, Pharmaceutical Ingredients and Performance Chemicals, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.055 per common share. This quarterly cash dividend will be distributed on December 28, 2012 to shareholders of record as of December 17, 2012.
