NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Acacia Research Corporation (Nasdaq: ACTG) announced today that its subsidiary, Resonant Biotechnologies LLC, has entered into a settlement agreement with SRU Biosystems, Inc. This agreement resolves patent litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
