NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Acacia Research Corporation (Nasdaq:ACTG - News) announced today that its EVM Systems, LLC subsidiary has entered into a settlement agreement with Cordis Corporation regarding patents for shape memory metal medical instruments. This settlement agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the Eastern District of Texas.
