AAIPharma Services Merger in Works, Could Bring in More Employees
Wilmington-based AAIPharma Services Corp. is being acquired by Cambridge Major Laboratories of Germantown, Wis.
The new company, as yet unnamed, will be headquartered here, said AAIPharma CEO Patrick Walsh, who will remain at the helm of the new company.
