SanguiBioTech GmbH And Green Cross Plan To Evaluate Options For A Possible Cooperation

KYONGGI-DO, South Korea--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 8, 2005--B.G. Rhee and S.Y.Lee, Senior Vice President and Director in the business development division, and further staff of Green Cross Corp., have met with Professor W. Barnikol, Dr. H. Poetzschke and H. Schmelz of SanguiBioTech GmbH over two days to evaluate and discuss various projects and products. Sangui had been invited by Green Cross to present its technologies, in particular the blood additive project. The contact was established with the assistance of B.S. Han, Managing Director of Biosteel Medical, Aachen. As a result of the meeting, the parties agreed to jointly evaluate several possible ways to cooperate. Initially, Sangui will furnish Green Cross with additional information about the authorization requirements of some of its products under German and Korean regulation. In addition, Sangui GmbH will provide Green Cross with price quotations for its marketable products.
