The Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO) announces today a discussion, Producing "21st Century Cures"—2015 U.S. Legislative Outlook, with U.S. Rep. Fred Upton (R - MI), Chairman of the Committee on Energy and Commerce, and U.S. Rep.
