Applied Biosystems (ABI) To Webcast Presentation And Breakout Session At Lehman Brothers Healthcare Conference

FOSTER CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 23, 2005--Applied Biosystems Group (NYSE:ABI), an Applera Corporation business, will webcast its presentation at the Lehman Brothers Annual Healthcare Conference on Wednesday, March 30, 2005. The presentation is scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. ET. Peter Dworkin, Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for Applera Corporation, will provide an overview of the business with a focus on new products and markets and examples of recent scientific discoveries enabled by Applied Biosystems' products. Additionally, the breakout session will be webcast live at 2:30 p.m. ET and is expected to end at approximately 3:00 p.m. ET.
