"By positioning our firm on both coasts in the U.S., and in an EU member country, we will be able to offer more to clients while maintaining the quality and responsiveness we already deliver."
Aside from its unique performance and milestone-based approach to delivering retained search services, Bench International has pioneered its S*T*A*R Solution® (Strategic Talent Acquisition and Retention Solution) program, which is the most effective diversity talent recruiting program currently available to their pharmaceutical clients. This innovative program provides recruitment and retention strategies for ethnic, gender, and culturally diverse leadership talent.
"No drug has ever been discovered, developed or marketed using homogeneous thinking. Diversity is not an option, but implicit in the continued growth and success of the pharmaceutical sector. This is not just a 'commitment du jour' for Bench International, but has been a lifetime mission. More than 35% of our assignments in the past 30 years have been filled with women and people representing diverse cultural populations," stated DeMan-Williams.
