The wholly owned subsidiary will operate as a research and development and quality assurance operation in a 20,000-square-foot building in the city of Bangalore, India's high-tech capital.

"We decided to establish a direct presence in India to tap the talented, highly educated workforce available there and to take advantage of the attractive economics.
