Net revenue for the three months was $10,670,000, which was $638,000 or 5.6% lower than the same period last year. The net decrease is primarily attributable to a decrease in net sales of Naproxen. During this three-month period the Company's gross profit percentage decreased 3.6 percentage points to 21.3% compared to 24.9% for the three-month period ended March 31, 2004. This decrease is primarily the result of higher labor and insurance costs.
