This important distribution agreement will significantly broaden availability of HealtheTech's metabolism measurement devices in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Mr. Herman Rutgers brings an extensive history in the fitness market, both in the United States and Internationally. Having spent more than 7 years at Life Fitness, a worldwide leader in commercial fitness equipment, Mr. Rutgers led both European and Worldwide sales organizations and ran Global operations for product development, sales, marketing and service. During his tenure, he also served as Vice President of Europe and General Manager of Life Fitness Atlantic with responsibility for sales, marketing and service in all EU countries, the Middle East and Africa. Mr. Rutgers concluded his impressive career with Life Fitness as General Manager of International where his sales initiatives resulted in approximately 50% of Life Fitness' $350 million in sales revenue.
