Univec, Inc. announced today that it has been informed that the Company's trading symbol will be changed to OTCBB: UNVCE effective April 22, 2004. The change was made because our annual report on Form 10-KSB, due to be filed by April 15, 2004, has not been filed yet because the year end audit is in the process of being completed. We anticipate the Form 10-KSB will be filed within the next 30 days and that there will be no significant changes to prior results of operations.
