Bruce Hicks has joined Integrium as Director Data Management. This position was created with the establishment of Data Management as a separate division - bolstering Integrium's data management capabilities. He is responsible for directing activities of the Data Management division and ongoing development of the service line to meet the evolving needs of the industry. His background lends a strong emphasis to proactive service and effective technology deployment, with rigorous regulatory compliance. Hicks has considerable biopharmaceutical data management leadership experience inclusive of multiple data management platforms, including electronic data capture. Well-versed in the regulatory landscape and technological advances impacting this area, Hicks is a member of the Society for Clinical Data Management and holds a BA degree in Biology.
Gretchen Haig was promoted to Director of Project Management from her position as Senior Project Manager. Haig will direct the activities of Project Managers, insuring that client workscopes receive superior coordination and organizational focus. Her background in the biopharmaceutical and device areas provides solid experience in clinical operations, staff management, workflow and policy development, regulatory compliance, and technology deployment. Haig received her MBA from the University of California Irvine and her BS degree in chemical engineering from California State University Long Beach. She is actively involved in several clinical research associations and has co-authored a number of articles in biomedical journals.
Thomas Wells joined Integrium as Director, Information Technology in June 2003 and has overseen the implementation of multiple enhancements including the validation of information technology systems in accordance with an accepted, standard System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model. He oversees the management of all information technology programs carried out within Integrium, including the administration of regulatory compliance activities for its software and computer systems. He provides specialized expertise to Integrium's corporate and clinical systems, based on 12 years of successful leadership in the management of information technology systems for the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Wells earned an MS degree in biochemistry from the University of California Riverside, with an emphasis in computer science, and holds a BS degree in biomedical computing from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
