Omnia Biologics, Inc. And AFG Biosolutions, Inc. (Formerly Advanced Biosystems Inc.) Sign Master Services And Biological Product Development Agreement

ROCKVILLE, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 19, 2005--Biologics contract manufacturer Omnia Biologics, Inc. (Omnia) (Rockville, MD) and AFG Biosolutions, Inc. (AFG) - formerly Advanced Biosystems, Inc. (Germantown, MD) today announced an agreement for Omnia to provide AFG with manufacturing and product development services.
Omnia Biologics (Omnia) is a contract manufacturer focused on the development of innovative biopharmaceutical platforms and technologies. AFG conducts research and development of medical defenses against, and treatment of, biological weapons and conducts R&D related to the development of new products with the potential to prevent or treat infectious disease. AFG also provides consulting services to defense, intelligence and anti-terrorist agencies in the analysis of biological threats on the battlefield or from terrorists.
