DiaSys Corporation (DYX) And VWR International (MRK) Sign A Sales And Service Agreement For The United States

WATERBURY, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 7, 2004--DiaSys Corporation (AMEX:DYX), a global healthcare products company, today announced that it has entered into a sales and service agreement for the United States with VWR International, one of the largest laboratory distributors in the world. Under the agreement, VWR sales representatives will promote, sell and service the complete DiaSys product portfolio, including urinalysis, parasitology, and electrophoresis instruments and disposables, throughout the United States.
